BLADE Network Technologies, Inc. (BLADE), founded in 2006, is an independent, privately-held, data center networking solutions company, with sales and support offices worldwide.  On September 9, 2009, BLADE announced that the company had closed a strategic Series B funding round with new investors led by NEC Corporation along with Juniper Networks Inc., and a third technology industry leader as a silent investor. Garnett & Helfrich Capital, BLADE’s founding investor, completed the round with its reinvestment.
