BLADE Network Technologies provides a warranty including software updates to its OEM and/or end-user customers. The scope and duration of this warranty is limited and varies. Our customers are encouraged to review the respective warranty document as it relates to software updates. Outside of the warranty period, the customer is not entitled to software updates unless an appropriate support contract has been purchased.
